Shipping policy
Delivery:
Products will be shipped via FedEx or UPS services. This is usually a 7 business day service, after it has been picked up from our warehouse. We offer free shipping for all our products.
When your items arrive for delivery, please follow these steps:
Inspect your merchandise before the driver leaves. If the driver refuses to wait for you to complete the inspection, make a notation on the bill, sign it with the following notation: " Truck Driver Refused to wait, possible damages". The content may be damaged due to rough handling even if the carton may not show the external damage.
If there is damage, write on the freight bill how many pieces and what kind of damage and call Power European Doors immediately. Please refuse the damaged items ONLY, If the entire order is damaged, please refuse the shipment, notating the damage on the freight bill and call Power European Doors immediately.
If you fail to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery, Power European Doors will not be able to file a claim to FedEx or UPS. And the claim will not be honored by both Common Carrier and Power European Doors company.
You have to be at the place of delivery on time. If you are not there at the time the product is delivered the product might be shipped back to Power European Doors warehouse for an additional fee. In case we have to ship it back to our warehouse you will be charged a second delivery and restocking fee.
