Ordering

Your order with us is an offer to buy goods. We will send an email confirming that we have received your order. After we have checked availability and pricing we will contact you to confirm acceptance of the order and that a contract has been made between us.

If items you have ordered are no longer available or there is a pricing mistake on our website we will contact you by email and ask if you still wish to proceed with the order at the correct price and/or without any unavailable items. If you do not wish to proceed, or we cannot contact you, we will cancel the order.

placing an order is legally binding. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX cards and PayPal.

Online payments are handled by PayPal and Skrill, who provide a secure server for processing credit card transactions.

 

Cancellations and Amendments

The purchase of goods and services over the internet, is subject to the Distance Selling Regulations.

However, if you are canceling your order because you've changed your mind then please note that the cost of returning the goods and our incurred original delivery costs will be chargeable and deducted from a refund.

If an item you receive is damaged or faulty you must notify us immediately upon delivery and mark the delivery receipt accordingly. In this case, we will arrange for the item to be returned or replaced.

Any items that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot under any circumstances accept the return of items that are not in their original undamaged packaging.

Law and Language

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and us.

Any agreement between you and us will be governed by and construed according to US law. Both you and we commit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions or part thereof is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been executed without the offending provision.

Any agreement will be communicated in English.

Return Policy

Power European Doors makes every effort to carry the products you need. Whatever we do not have in-stock, we will be more than happy to Special Order if possible. Special order items are custom made non-stock items.

If any item fails to please, please note the following return and exchange policies which may be subject to review and / or interpretation by Power European Doors based on each case's unique conditions and circumstance: Within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery to the customer, Power European Doors will accept the return of regularly stocked merchandise in unused condition, upon presentation of an original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased: any signs of wear and tear, installation, modification and or customization (holes / screws etc.) may be cause for rejection. Each return is subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the original sales price. Special order items are custom made or modified, and thus may not be returned. Special order items include without limitation, doors, hardware, all custom size doors and custom color doors.

Because each sale is unique, Power European Doors reserves the right to interpret, apply and/or waive its return policy, and to make all final decisions regarding returns and exchanges, in its sole discretion.
